EXPERTISE: REYNOLDS LAKE OCONEE AND SURROUNDING AREA
I have been selling real estate in the LAKE OCONEE AREA for the past 14 years. During that time I have performed as a Buyer’s Agent focused on Reynolds Lake Oconee representing Clients from all over the world to understand their property options, membership to the 6.5 world class golf courses and the amenities that lead to a great lifestyle. With notable Sales Awards and as a Lifetime Member of the Million Dollar Club, I have now joined Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty to add representing Sellers to my services.
I WANT TO HELP YOU:
FIND THE PERFECT PROPERTY – whether for a second home or permanent move.
UNDERSTAND THE AMENITIES AND LIFESTYLE – inside or outside a gated community and what fits your lifestyle best.
SELL YOUR PROPERTY – I will market it through THREE area MLS's, the Coldwell Banker Local/National/International networks resulting in syndication for your property to over 900 Internet sites such as YouTube, Zillow, Trulia, and Realtor.com. To maximize the exposure, I will also provide additional advertising and services such as a unique property website including a virtual tour, downloadable brochures, and local information regarding schools and even the current weather conditions!
Please contact me for a Free Property Analysis and to learn more about my services as a Selling or Buyers Agent.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME PERSONALLY:
In addition to helping clients with real estate, I enjoy exploring my creative side with oil painting, playing golf, working out and sharing time with my family - especially my 4 year old grandson! It gives me great pleasure to volunteer and support local organizations including the Boys and Girls Club and Oconee Performing Arts Society.
I was raised in GA but lived in a number of places including Louisiana, Florida and Texas. I also spent 3 years living in Italy and traveling around Europe. As a Georgia football coach's daughter, I got the urge to move back to Athens, and returned there to raise my two children. I devoted 11 years to fundraising and alumni relations for the University of Georgia before the Lake Country drew me here in 2001.
